NEW CHAPEL HILL – Services for Jean Pat Melton, 90, New Chapel Hill, were scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 9, at the Cottle Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Doctor Mike Daniels officiating. Burial was in the Union Grove Cemetery, near Troup.

   Mrs. Melton died Sunday, March 6, 2011, at her residence. She was born July 12, 1920, in Troup to the late Dan Thomas Chiles and Treva Rae Blair Chiles.
