April 14, 1941 – December 25, 2010

Synthia Simpson, 69, formerly of Paris, Texas and Overton, Texas, joined our Lord and Savior in Heaven on Christmas night after a long struggle with diabetes.  Her memorial service was Dec. 31, 2010 at Stewart Family Funeral Home Chapel. 

Synthia was preceded in death by her parents, Elijah Bob Sutton and Minniesota Lee Wright Sutton and by her husband of 44 years, James Thomas Simpson.

She is survived by their children: Brenda Jenkins, Debie and Bill Underwood, Rickey and Penny Simpson and Sherry and Paul Pellegrini, eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and four siblings.
